Assorted Baklava 250gm

The mix of walnut and pistachio pieces in this 250gm box kept me coming back for one more, and the pastry stayed crisp instead of going soggy under the syrup. Finished the whole thing in three days, which says enough.

The assorted box is a nice way to try a few different types without committing to a whole tray of one. Pastry stayed flaky even after a couple days in the tin, and the pistachio pieces on top were generous. 250g disappeared way faster than I planned.

The syrup-to-nut ratio is spot on—every piece is evenly soaked without turning soggy, and the pastry layers actually stay crisp. I've already gone through half the box in two sittings, and the assorted shapes make it easy to grab one more without guilt.
