The stigmas are all so uniform and long—no broken bits or powder at the bottom, which tells me it’s truly Super Negin grade. Just a pinch turns my rice a deep, vibrant gold, and the coloring power is honestly the strongest I’ve had in years.

The red color when I opened the bag was incredibly deep, and just a few threads turned my rice a brilliant golden yellow. I’ve never seen such uniform, long stigmas in saffron before, and the aroma is intensely floral without being bitter.

The stigmas are all nearly the same length and so deep red they look almost black—you can tell this batch was hand-sorted properly. I only needed a tiny pinch for my rice and the whole pot turned that gorgeous golden hue.
