The pistachios inside are huge and clearly not the sad little crumbs you get in most dragees. Dark chocolate shell is thick enough to crack, and the slightly salty finish keeps me reaching back into the bag.

That hit of salt before the dark chocolate kicks in is what got me — I wasn't expecting the two to play off each other like that. Whole pistachios, no little crushed bits, and the dark shell isn't overly sweet. Gone through most of the bag already.

I wasn't expecting the dark chocolate to have that slight salty edge, but it works so well against the pistachio. The nuts themselves are really generous in size, so you actually taste them instead of just chocolate.
