Barazik 700gm

The sesame-to-pistachio ratio in these is spot on, crunchy without being tooth-breakingly hard. I brought the 700gm bag to a family gathering and it was empty before dinner even started.

I wasn't sure a 700gm bag would last me a week, but I've been having two with tea every afternoon and it's still going strong. The pistachios are generous and the cookies stay crisp instead of going soft.

The sesame crunch is exactly what I remember from the bakeries back home, and the pistachio layer on top gives it that rich finish without being too sweet. This 700gm box disappeared in two days between my family and the office.
