乾燥檸檬

I love tossing a few of these dried lemons into my tea—they add such a bright, natural citrus kick without any fake taste. The slices are thin and chewy, perfect for snacking straight from the bag.

The citrus punch in these slices stayed bold even after I simmered them in a rice pilaf, and the texture held up nicely instead of turning to mush. I've been snacking on a few straight from the bag too, since the tanginess is surprisingly addictive.

I threw a few slices into a pot of stewed chicken and the citrus aroma that filled the kitchen was incredible. The lemons kept their shape nicely during cooking, too.
