I’m not usually a fan of sour snacks, but the lemon dip on these pistachios is just the right amount of tang—bright without overpowering the natural nut flavor. They’re already shelled, which makes snacking way too easy, and the roast gives them a nice, satisfying crunch.

The roasting brings out a nuttiness that balances the lemon tartness perfectly, and I love that they're already shelled. Ate half the bag in one sitting while watching TV.
