I wasn't sure about the lemon mixed in with white chocolate, but it cuts through the sweetness perfectly and keeps me reaching for more. The caramel layer is thick enough that you actually taste it instead of just sugar. Gone through half the bag in two days.

The caramel-to-white-chocolate ratio on these is spot on, and the lemon ones cut through the sweetness in a way I didn't expect to like this much. Cashews are big and whole, not broken bits, which makes the texture way better than the dragees I've bought before.

I wasn't sure about the lemon ones at first but that citrus bite against the caramel totally works. The cashews themselves are big and buttery, not those sad little broken bits you usually get.
