I wasn't expecting the cashews to still taste this fresh under the chocolate, but they do — nice and crunchy all the way through. The dark chocolate layer is thick enough to feel worth it without burying the nut. Been keeping a bag in my desk drawer all week.

The dark chocolate shell snaps when you bite into it, and the cashew inside is still whole and crunchy, not stale. I keep a bag at my desk for the 3pm slump and it's way more satisfying than a candy bar.
