I wasn't sure white chocolate and salted pistachios would work, but the salty edge cuts through the sweetness perfectly. The nuts are genuinely big and roasted, not those sad little fragments you get in most dragees. Already halfway through the bag.

The white chocolate coating is thick enough that you actually taste it against the salty pistachio, not just sugar. I finished the bag in two sittings, which says something.

These pistachios are huge and the salt really cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate perfectly. I ended up eating half the bag in one sitting because the crunch is just that good.
